Carol Stiles, Client Services Manager

 


Carol joined Braden Benefit Strategies, Inc. in October 2006 to help our organization deliver the highest quality of service to our clients.  Carol’s vast experience in the industry combined with her organization and management experience make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Carol began her career in the insurance industry 30 years ago in Detroit, MI.  She initially started her career working for a large insurance company in a life insurance agency.  Carol gravitated to the employee benefits department of the same company within 2 years of her employment as the Office Manager of that department.  In 1984, Carol was transferred to Atlanta, GA where she continued as the Office Manager for a larger office. 

In addition to managing the office staff, Carol took on the role of client service representative and grew and managed the Service Representative staff as her company and office grew in size.  She was also trained as a small group underwriter. In 1995, Carol made a change in her career and became a Sales Representative where, by her 3rd year of sales, she was in the top 10 of Sales Representatives for her company.

In 2004, Carol took her experience to a General Agency where she was able to apply her past and present experience to grow the office in both personnel and clientele.

We are honored to have Carol on our staff and are grateful for the experience and compassion she brings to our organization.
