Braden Benefit Strategies has developed an Executive Review specifically designed for CEOs and CFOs to provide a snapshot of current benefits, long-term cost containment measures and legal review of employee notices.

If you have had the same agent for many years or if you are not comfortable with the premium increases you have experienced, this will be an excellent tool to objectively examine your benefit program.

In addition to our Executive Review, Braden Benefit Strategies, Inc. offers three distinct consulting functions.

I – Determine a client’s needs are based on the goals and objectives of the organization.

II – Establish and implement the corporate long-term strategic plan based on the needs and core values of the client company.

  • Determine account vulnerability to future premium increases
  • Establish a three to 5-year strategic benefit plan
  • Oversee implementation of the strategic benefit plan

III – Assess Self-Funded, Partially Self-Funded agreements and contracts.  Offer suggestions and recommendations for such plans to achieve the desired client goals.
