Ceridian is one of the top human resources outsourcing companies in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. They offer a broad range of human resource services including payroll processing, tax filing, benefits administration, work-life and employee advisory programs, and other HR-related services. Their HR solutions range from transaction-based services to Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) in which Ceridian takes over responsibility for the customer's human resource management processes.

COBRA Software
This is one of the most cumbersome areas of employee benefit management. Some carriers will manage COBRA for a group. Self-funded groups, third-party administrators, payroll companies and independent companies will assume the liability and process of managing COBRA for a per employee, per month fee. However, we have found one of the most efficient and economical ways to manage COBRA is a software program from OnQue called COBRAQ. Demonstration and pricing can be found on their web site.

Veridata Services
The need to know exactly who is working for you and what their past history is has never been more important. To obtain this information from a smaller firm where you can discuss a particular result and receive direction is a must in our opinion. For this reason, we work closely with Darrel Israel and VeriData Services for pre-employment screening.
