Customer Service/Client Advocacy
We believe your employees need to know that, should they have a problem working with the insurance company's system, there is a real live human being standing by who is passionate about resolving their particular issue.
We take customer service to a new level with our Client Advocates:
- people who are experienced
- people who know the systems and inner workings of the different insurance companies
- people who will not stop until they have a satisfactory answer
- people who are dedicated to the well-being of you, your employees and their dependents.
Your employees need an advocate to resolve issues and answer coverage questions. They need someone who will pursue details and communicate with the different parties, including the doctor's office, pharmacy and/or insurance company, if they have a problem.
Employees are often caught in the middle and end up in a recurring loop of being billed and re-billed by the insurance company and/or the doctor's office, without any help to resolve the core problem. If someone with an intimate knowledge of the system does not step in to sort out this type of problem, the bill may be turned over to a collections agency. BBSI's Client Advocacy is dedicated to resolving any employee insurance issues in a timely manner.
